Here are something you will find to be helpful when you visit us;

Due to a limited parking spaces at our building, please come earlier at your connivance before your appointment.  We are sorry about a lack of parking space, and we thank you for your cooperation.

If you are new at our dental office, please come to our office 15 minutes prior your appointment.  You are needed to fill out some forms before we start your dental treatment.

If you have a dental insurance and would like to use your dental insurance, please bring all documents of your insurance with you.  We are not able to find out the detail of your dental insurance since the government passed the private act in the summer of 2001.  It means that only you are able to find out about your insurance policy.
